Located in the historic Greenwood district, the concept development considers the value of public accessibility to private community focused development. When provided, community focused functional and programmatic spaces are effective urban design strategies. The design responds to site opportunities by both rotating and shifting the building program stack geometries. The east façade provides protected views towards the baseball field. The upper floors and other elevations are relatively transparent providing panoramic views of the city. Green roof plaza provides public spaces for events, leisure and civic opportunities. Ground floor provides community focused incubator retail, entertainment as well as food and beverage spaces.
