International brand hotel design proposal. Our design provides a modern green landscape integrated into the building facades. The integrated landscape is intended to provide a natural vegetated landscape in a dry land topography with extensive beach front panoramic views. Due to the constant coastal winds, the building geometry is intended to screen public areas from wind. The massing and geometry of the hotel provides hyper scaled elements as identifiers of public versus private spaces. The atrium spaces provide a direct relationship to exterior zones blurring the lines between interior and exterior.
